Who are the people behind the company?

Welcome to Custom Story Inc.  Our mission is to provide the highest quality personalized keepsake books with a thoughtful twist.  All of our books have a message to the important people in our lives.  After a year and a half of product development, Custom Story Inc. opened in November 2008. 

After I had my daughter in November 2006 I was overwhelmed with all the feelings that came with being a mom for the first time.  I was 36 years old when I had Lily and appreciated everything.  I was talking to my husband one day and telling him about how I believed every child was a gift straight from heaven.  I wanted to give people a chance to show their children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews…how special they were.  I wanted people to be able to choose the adjectives used to describe the child, to really personalize it.   I wanted to have an adoption option and a single mother option.  Thus, Angel Story, was born.  - Susan Abram author and founder of Custom Story Inc.

Is Angel Story appropriate for an adopted child?

Absolutely.  Just click on the adoption option on the Personalize It page. 

How does this process work?

After personalizing and approving your choices, your book information is sent to our printing office.  Each book is personally made for each customer.   Your personalized book will arrive approximately 4-6 weeks after your order date.  Please check your order carefully, because any errors of which you notify us we will have to start the order process over.  We ship the books using UPS Ground Delivery.
